1. Features and uses
The comparison microscope is a new type of microscope that uses a set of eyepieces to observe the field of view of the left and right objects at the same time, and uses the methods of field cutting, docking, and overlap to compare two (or more) objects. The instrument has clear imaging and high resolution, and can accurately identify the subtle differences between the compared objects.
² Left or right single field of view, overlapping field of view and smooth field of view split butt observation can be carried out, with diaphragm-type ridge line consistency adjustable device.
² The objective lens is continuously adjustable from 0.7X to 4.5X, and there is a mechanism for fine-tuning the magnification consistency of the left and right objective lenses.
² Stage: 100mm×100mm; moving range: 0-54mm in horizontal, vertical and vertical directions, horizontal rotation
0°-360°, the table is inclined 0°-45° in any direction.
² The two stages can scan horizontally, and the linkage range is 0-54mm.
² The range of coarse movement lifting is 0-60mm.
² Standard 12V50W shimming lighting air-cooled lamp, optional high-power LED lamp, with light intensity adjustment knob.
² Polarized light device (optional): used to eliminate stray light and glare.
² Coaxial light device (optional): used for observation of deep holes, small holes, and smooth object surfaces.
² Photographic device: equipped with a camera tube, which can be photographed and archived.
² Camera device: equipped with visual camera synchronous observation device.
² Power supply: 220V AC input, 12V DC regulated input, in line with national safety standards.
This series is an ideal instrument for the comparison and testing of bullets, tool traces, fingerprints, seals, text, patterns, currency, etc. by public security, prosecutors, courts and institutions. It is also suitable for electronics, biochemistry, agriculture, archaeology, banking, Customs and other industries and departments that need to compare, detect or identify objects.
