Principle of appearance:
     When the writing punch impacts the metal surface, it causes a depression deformation on the metal surface, and at the same time, it also causes the metal crystals under the depression deformation to be broken to form a crystal fragmentation layer. After the depression deformation of the stamped writing is polished away, the crystal fragmentation layer may still exist, and the original writing can be revealed by treating the crystal fragmentation layer with a chemical etchant. The crystal fragmentation layer is the basis for displaying the original handwriting. If the crystal fragmentation layer disappears by polishing too deeply, the original writing will not be able to appear.
polishing:
     Observe the metal surface. If the surface is rough, corroded or covered with paint, sand it with sandpaper until the metal background leaks. Generally, use fine emery cloth, and only use coarse emery cloth when the metal surface is very rough. The grinding depth should be as shallow as possible, as long as the metal background is exposed on the surface to prevent the crystal fragmentation layer from being worn away. After the metal background is exposed, polish with felt cloth and polishing paste to make the surface smooth and clean as much as possible.
Steel writing appears:
     The reagents for displaying steel writing are "steel handwriting liquid A" and "steel handwriting liquid B". Take a "steel handwriting nail liquid" and cut off the tip of the plastic sleeve with scissors to ventilate the inside and outside of the sleeve. Use the tip of a small hammer to smash the three glass bottles of "Steel Inscription A Liquid", and shake the sleeve to mix the internal solution evenly.
    Put the "steel handwriting nail liquid" on the metal surface, and use a cotton swab to smear it on the metal surface. Repeat the dripping and smearing process, and you can see the handwriting in about 5-30 minutes. At this time, adding a drop of "Steel Handwriting B Liquid" can enhance the contrast of the handwriting. Repeated and alternate dripping of "Steel handwriting liquid A" and "Steel handwriting liquid B" until a better effect is obtained. The entire display process may last for 1 hour.
    In the process of manifestation, it is necessary to take photos in time at each stage to prevent the better manifestation effect from being missed because the later manifestation effect is not as good as the previous effect;
Aluminium writing appears:
    The reagents for displaying aluminum handwriting are "aluminum handwriting liquid A" and "aluminum handwriting liquid B". Cut the two reagent casing seals according to the steel writing method, and smash the glass bottle in the casing, so that the reagent can flow out of the seal. Alternately drip "aluminum handwriting liquid A" and "aluminum handwriting liquid B" until potential writing appears.
Bronze writing appears:
    The reagents for displaying copper handwriting are "copper handwriting liquid A" and "copper handwriting liquid B". Cut the two reagent sleeve seals according to the steel writing method, and smash the glass bottle in the sleeve so that the reagent can flow out of the seal. Alternately drip "copper handwriting liquid A" and "copper handwriting liquid B" until potential writing appears.
